The service

Where the website offers purchases or bookings, the price, description, and any cancellation or refund conditions shown at the point of purchase form part of the contract for that transaction. Statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.

The service is built on third-party infrastructure, including the Reeve platform (meetreeve.com), authentication, hosting, and payment providers. Their processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim and one hundred US dollars.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sable Desk is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence mandatorily applies.

When we change these Terms, we publish the new version here with a new version date. Material changes may require you to re-confirm your acceptance before continuing to use the service.
